Last Saturday, we noticed that the channel 17 (HBO) started to become blurry.. and then, channel 18 too.. Dad decided to call Comcast, which is our cable provider, and complained about it. The Comcast representative then said that we'd have to pay for that two channels already.. My dad said that when he signed the contract, those two channels were included.
I just can't believe that they didn't even give prior notice that they'll be charging for those two channels already. They just had to cut it off all of a sudden. How inconsiderate of them!
Comcast had the guts to do that because they are the only cable providers here, I think, aside from the dish.. Talk about monopolizing!
I'm pretty sure a lot of people complained about what Comcast had done, and i do hope they'd bring those two channels back soon!
