My 23rd Birthday...
Spent the day with my boo...He picked me up from work...Told me he was leaving Chicago in a few days...So surprised, I cried my heart out...Didn't go to school...Went to the Queen of All Saints Basilica, the Dined at Chili's...Talked inside the car...Went home puffy-eyed...Spending the day with the boyfriend made my birthday extra special...

The eve of his departure...
Spent the entire day with him... Surprised him during the day... He wasn't expecting me as early as 11 am... So while we were talking on the phone, I rang the doorbell...And the look on his face was priceless.. Hahaha!!! Helped him do the laundry...Went to a birthday party in the suburbs...Helped him pack his things around 12 am. [We'll be leaving the house at 5 am since his flight is @ 6:30 am] Yeah... Talk about last minute packing...

His departure...
I woke him up around 4 am. While we were on the car, I held his hand... Since it will be the last time... I don't know when we'll ever see each other again...

Didn't really dawn on me that he was leaving until I saw him walking inside the airport...*sigh*

It finally sank in when he called me that he had safely arrived home...Cried again...He called me up again while he was driving around..Cried once more..Then he called me up again to say goodnight...Cried even more...

Yup, my boyfriend's back in California...
We've been talking...
But it's hard to be away from someone whom you really care for...
I'm holding on...
Who knows where the road will lead us...
I hope to see him in August,,, when I visit my relatives in L.A.

School Update...
I got an A in Chemistry...
I still haven't got my grade in Biology and Psychology...
I hope I passed...
I'm planning to take Biology 226 this summer.

Three-day Camping...
For the past two years, it has been a tradition to spend the Memorial Day weekend in the camping grounds.. Last year, it was in Galena, this time around, we spent our three days in Zion.
As usual, endless eating na naman... I practically slept in the tent the whole time. Yeah.. Coz I barely do that in Chicago. It was kinda cold too... Played in between...Watched a scary movie...Drank some beer... Had a great time...On our last day, we went to Gurnee Mills to do some shopping... I swear I think I walked like more than 3 kilometers just roaming around the outlet store...My heels hurt like hell after more than 3 hours of walking...Bought three items from Abercrombie...

I miss everyone... Hope you're all doing great...

I have a two-week break before summer school starts.
I have to make the most out of it. I'll probably hit the gym..
Or just rest...Take a break...I know I deserve it. (",)

It's memorial weekend here in Chicago. Will be gone for three days... Goin camping...
