hello everyone!!! I'm back... I miss blogging. I've been very busy these past few months, that I barely have the time to update my blog...

What kept me busy???

Nursing school.

During the first few weeks, I had difficulty adjusting to my new world.
There's just so many things to do. So many new things to learn. But I'm coping.
I passed the quizzes given to us. Midterm exam is coming up next week. I have been a regular customer at Seattle's Best, sipping vanilla latte inside the bookstore where I read my nursing book.

I am working part-time as well. I'm just so happy that my boss is flexible with my new schedule.

I wouldn't wanna complain about how busy I am right now. This is what I chose to do. I have met new friends.. And the feeling that I have somehow helped someone inside the hospital is just amazing.. However there are times when I felt like quitting.. But no.. I have worked so hard to get into the program, and I can't let it all go just like that. Prayers keep me going. And I know the Lord will lead me through till I finish this course. : )

Here's what happened these past few months...

• My parents celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in August.

• We went camping at Big Foot Resort in Lake Geneva.. Together with my dad's officemates.

• We stayed at Wisconsin Dells for 3 days... Fun Fun Fun!!! [Sir Pat, the Velarde's, Kuya Regil's fam, my fam, Paul and Brainy] go karts,, swimming, picnic, poker, in-between. : )

• My aunt who's a doctor visited us. She stayed here for a week.

• Went to Jim Brickman's CD signing @ Border's

• Attended the 3rd Anniversary of Spring of the living water prayer group and sang with the choir

My good friend will be celebrating her birthday next week. I wish I could be there to celebrate with her.. I just want to greet you in advance.. Not that I won't be greeting you on that day ha... :) may you have many many more birthdays to come and more lives to touch.. Just remember I'll always be here for you..
